I don't care about what I've heard other people say about this cover, I love it! Daniel Dos Santos can never go wrong in my opinion, and this cover is one of my favorites of his.

Although, I'm wishing the series hadn't switched to hardcover releases!

I actually like the new hardcover release, I re-read them enough so I plan to purchase the series in hardcover and paperback (and audio). *Sign: dork right here*

I prefer hardcovers, but I'm a nut for having matching sets. If I start in paperback, I want all paperbacks--and there's no real hardcover releases for the first ones yet. :/

That I can completely understand, for certain books it drives me absolutely nuts not to have matching volumes. But~! 'Moon Called' should be out late next year in hardcover (woot!), and you can get a volume of books 1-3 in hardcover bookclub edition size too. I did. <-- *book geek*

I prefer paperback... It's easier to read, I mean...I know you'll call me nuts but it's very important for me that they are in the same size, not so heavy... I could carry it... a hardcover will never fit inside my handbag...and my bookshelves is made for paperback size... ;D That's why I haven't buy "Mercy's Homecoming"...I'm still waiting for the paperback ;D

I prefer having them all in paperback, as that is the format I have all of Patricia Briggs' other books on my shelf as. But I couldn't bring myself to be depressed about Bone-Crossed not being the same size as my other Patty Briggs books and also being more expensive when the cover is so gorgeous. I love the art on that one, as it is not only beautiful, but also captures the tone of the book.
