Yummy looking cookies!
For all the cookie bakers out there - was curious if you preferred baking drop cookies or the ones you have to roll out and cut? I prefer drop cookies, as they're so much easier to make.

ok, I'll write down a recipe of Brigadeiro... something that all brazilians love and I don't understand how you guys don't have it xD ok, I searched online to see how to write some ingredients, so if you have any doubt just ask. 1 tin of sweet condensed milk 1 and 1/2 tablesthingys of chocolate powder 1 Tablesthingys butter some Chocolate sprinkles or sugar (optional) How to do it: 1- Combine ingredients in a heavy pot and stir constantly over medium heat, bringing to a boil. 2- Continue stirring about two minutes - or until mixture thickens enough to coat the bottom of the pan. 3- Remove from heat and carefully scoop hot mixture out of pot into a separate bowl to cool. 4- Cool completely.( you can eat now... or you can do the rest xD) 5- Coat hands with butter and scoop out a teasthingy sized amount into the palm of your hand. 6- Roll into a small ball, roll the ball in sprinkles and let rest in paper cup.

Here is one of my favorite things to make! It's delicious!
Mountain Dew Apple Cobbler
2 yellow delicious apples (peeled, cored, and cut into 16 slices) 2 cans crescent rolls 2 sticks of butter 1 1/2 cups of sugar 1 12 oz can of Mountain Dew Cinnamon
Take slice of apple and roll up in a crescent roll. Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam and place apples rolled in crescent rolls on the bottom of the pan.
In a seperate pan, bring to a boil, butter and sugar
Pour over crescent rolls and apple slices.
Pour can of Mountain Dew over rolls and apples.
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown.

oh, a kitchen corner!!!!
Thanks for the recipes!, I can't wait to get more. I'm not that good of a cook/baker, but I love to do it. LOL
Love the pic of your cookies IVY, I'm going to have to go make some now, cuz you picture started a craving. LOL
Annakathy~ Oh, wow that sounds soooo good. I sense a trip to the gerocery store soon to get the ingredients for tha recipe.
Yelf~ Mt. Dew apple Cider? Really? Well since Mt. Dew is made here in Wyoming, I guess I'll have to try that. I'm not much of a fan of Mt. Dew though, but I'll let you know what I thought after I get it made.

Those cookies are beautiful! And the Mt. Dew Cobbler recipe is actually delicious looking (and hilarious, but yummy food often is). I like to think I can cook, but I usually try recipes too hard for me, so I'm basically setting myself up for failure. Oh well. I once took a culinary class and we had this recipe for fruit pizza... It was one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten... I'll have to see if I can get the recipe. The glaze works well on fruit salad, too.
