For me it's: No.
I tried the Sony Reader for about 2 years... I just can't break myself away from "real" books.
But what do you all say?

For me is Yes... but every once in a while I will buy a paperback because I miss the feeling. But I truly love my electronic book reader. ;D

for me it depends. I have a sony eReader and I use it SOMETIMES but I LOVE the feel of an actual book in my hands. I don't plan on going completly digital anytime soon, but at the same time if I can get a free book in digital format I won't turn it down.

I guess I'm just too attached to my personal library. And for my classics, I'm a margin writer...and the Sony's note-taking capabilities were definitely not where I needed them to be.
Some aspects of the reader were really nice--the built in light, portability of many books at one time...
Still, I ended up selling the reader and buying books with the money. :X

I have to say no because I don't own an electric reader however, I don't think I would like it anyway. Im too attached to the book itself, turning the pages and looking at the cover art! I know I'm a weirdo, lol

I'm fond of the actual smell and feel of books. Also the appearance. It's also more.... impressive to be reading an actual book....

I was lucky enough that I won my reader, so I don't know if I ever would have bought one or not.

I honestly don't know, I'd like to say that I love book formats because they're just so nice, but I've never used an electronic reader so I could very well fall head over heels in love with one.
But right now I'd have to say I prefer the overall idea of reading an actual book

I think I like reading real books better even though it's a lot easier to have one hundred books in a digital reader than carrying one hundred books in a bag or hand

To be honest, I have no idea. I have been wondering if I would like the Kindle, because I have never used one. I know the screen is bigger on the Kindle2, buy I still wonder if it would hurt my eyes after a while. I think I would always prefer books because I like the feel, smell, and just being able to see that I'm half-way through the book. Currently I have no use for a Kindle but if I had a career where I traveled all the time like all the authors we read, I would deffinantly have one.
