Do you re-read them?
Do you swap them?
Do you donate them?
I keep them...Sometimes I let my friends borrow them. Plus I can't giveaway the ones that I buy on kindle. ;D

I keep almost all of my books. Although, I do get rid of books that I just loathed or if after a few months are no longer of any interest to me. In these cases I either give them away to friends or swap them on PaperBackSwap. Periodically, of course, I read my favorite books. :3

Books are great! I keep them...that was before I found BookMooch and Hitflip. I usually buy them or given as gift. Before I hate others holding them, *greedy me?* no it's not, I don't want people to touch them without care...after I read a book it's still like new! I could not stand to see a book dog eared or wet. I'll try to salvage it! But since I found BookMooch...I am collecting books I've never read, trying new Author...I registered those books I loved by Bookcrossing and let them go. After I read a book now, I rated it and put to my inventory to be mooch from others again.

I keep them, re-read later on and loan them out to friends. But, most of the time I get them from the library so I have to return them and if I really like them I go and buy it. I like going to the library and getting books so if I dont like them I dont feel bad about buy them.

When I finish reading a book I usually horde it for a year or two then, when I go back to it and re-read it, I try to decide what to do. Usually I horde them but when my sister moved in with me I had to get rid of a ton of them - around two hundred. Man.... talking about this I feel like a dragon hording gold..... >.> Uh-oh. Must change ways.... or not.... hording is fun.... Oh my. There really is no hope for me

I still recommend PaperBackSwap for everyone in the US. It's a great way to get rid of books you don't want in trade for ones that you DO want.

Some I put up on bookmooch, but many are so heavy that I would loose money that way. So those I keep and the ones I like. I have been thinking of donating to my local library

I use to only buy ebooks.. so those don't go anywhere... but my best friend & my sister started buying books w/ me so print only now.. I don't reread & have no storage space.. so any that aren't kept as favorites by one of us.. either go to the used book store or ebay [to pay for more books]. I'm kinda picky on who I lend books to. I can't stand them coming back bent, scratched etc..
