We all know that when a book translates into a movie, they don't really do a good job.
BUT, we're all hopeful for New Moon, I mean they must have learned something from Twilight!
So, what scenes from New Moon are you looking forward to in the movie?

I hope that they learned something from Twilight. There budget is way bigger for New Moon than it was for Twilight. We just have to wait and see!

I suppose, I do want to see what they do with whole Edward being gone for most of the time scenario. Most people are drawn to him, I wonder how they'd react to Jake taking over a half the movie.

As you all know I love Edward 100%. I think the Jacob's development in New Moon was so important for the entire series. I like that Jacob took up so much of the second book. BUT..... I think that they will not keep Edward out of the movie for long. The first movie skipped out a lot on the book. I would not be surprised if the second movie did the same.

I agree....I think they will show a little absence from Edward however I do wish they would stick to the book entirely because its here where we see how Bella also falls for Jacob and it previews the internal battle Bella has between Edward and Jacob! I guess we will find out in November

This was a lot better than Twilight. But there was way too much panning of the camera and going in circles,I couldn't even watch those parts it was making me dizzy. At first the CGI of Sam's eyes then when he first bursts out of the bushes to Laurent was pretty bad..then it greatly improved.
But it was still a great movie.I can't wait until June for Eclipse.

A friend of mine that has gone with all of us to both movies, and has not read the books, kept giving me looks throughout all of Twilight (not pretty looks either). They could actually sit through this one. I base my judgement on that.
