I am former CEO of emerging markets investment company. I raised over US$ 3,5 bln in the development of oil and gas, renewables energy projects worldwide. I lived my life with cool cars, Swiss watches, tailored-made suits, business classes, yachts and 5-star hotels.
Usually at New Year Eve for several years in a row, I wrote down my dreams and realized that the rate of success is less than 50%. The reason was simple – we cannot concentrate the mind on realization of the dream. The dream is full of “ifs”, “wish”, “importance”, “fears”, even “lust”. I made research in the area and got the understanding of reality management technique – how to make intention from the dream. It is quite straightforward – intention must be clear from emotions, feelings and fears. However, even if you can concentrate your though, you also need to keep the concentration for a long period of time. This was a real problem, because all of us are leaving the busy life – with phone calls, TV news, Internet, meetings, stresses and others “700 bucks dramas”. Oppositely, the mind must be kept peace and quiet.
This technique was developed to clean up the waste dump (emotions, fears, convictions, judgements, grieves, malice, anger etc) from the subconscious mind. This waste dump generates your thoughts. And, your subconscious mind is the real master of your reality. It dictates over your soul and body. I recommend you to start with Clap technique to clean it up.
The Clap processor’s main task is to quickly eliminate the episode’s emotional charge. The charge consists of pictures, emotions, feelings, senses, and thoughts. The instruction could be read aloud or silently one time, including the phrases “Instruction for the Sub-Consciousness Mind” and “End of instructions.” After that, the Sub-Consciousness Mind will accept it as a guide for its actions. There is no need to reread or refresh it. The Sub-Consciousness Mind will accept everything and remember it forever.

The process is very simple – you take the first episode from your list, focus your attention on it, and start the processors. In a practical sense, if you want to process the episode “Nothing can help me” – you focus your attention on the episode, and then recite (aloud or silently):
Nothing can help me– Clap
Nothing can help me– Clap
Nothing can help me– Clap
And repeat it until you smile. If you still have not smiled after ten repetitions, leave it and go to next episode from your list. Your Sub-Consciousness Mind will start to process it anyway.
In your case you can have the following set of “clapping”:

Please write down all you most irritated thoughts. You work through them with Clap technique. And, check them after 1-2 hours. You can return to the episode an hour after you used “Clap” on it and examine the emotional charge. If the episode seems boring – it means that the emotional charge has been eliminated or reduced. You will be surprised that most of them do not hurt you anymore. However, you will also realize that you have another set of anxious thoughts. Please use “Execute it”, “Merge” and “Hoppo” technique to clean the mind properly. You will find more effective automatic Master’s Solutions on the “To awake” page.
With all my respect to the pioneers of NLP, affirmations are just raping of your mind. My technique is cleaning the mind from previous affirmations, since your mind is still wasting your energy on something like “I am the best selling agent”, when you’re already have another set of goals. Instead of minimize the reality of life – I am giving you the full enjoyment of every breathe. Besides that, you do not need to hide your pain in the sub consciousness –the pain must go out of your life. Forever.
It is important to note that sometimes after processing an episode you may still be uncomfortable with it. For example, you processed the episode and the persons who played a part in it, but the conclusions, convictions, and beliefs created by this episode have not been processed.
Please do not lie to yourself by saying that you do not have charged episodes – that means that they are hidden very deep in your Sub-Consciousness Mind. Compiling a list of episodes and processing it will bring considerable relief and you will have more energy and enthusiasm to work further.
After working with technique for 1 years, I stop my participation in the rat race. Now, I am enjoying my life in the tropical island of Bali, playing kids in the pool, biking, surfing and yoga at the sunset on the ocean beach. Wish you were here.
