My friend convinced me to watch True Blood, the HBO series based on those. We kept pointing out all the little things that were like Twilight. It was like the adult version of a Twilight soap-opera. haha i know!!!! *may contain spoilers* I love how in Twilight, Edward saves Bella from rapists, but in True Blood, Sookie saves Bill from the Rats... Oh I hate them.... Well, our main thing was Sookie's boss (can't seem to remember his name, it's been quite a few months since I've seen an episode). We guessed he was a werewolf in the first episode, mostly based on the picture on his office wall, one of those forest prints. It was sort of out of place. And we liked making fun of the mind-reading abilities, too. ;D

I started reading "Destined for an Early Grave" by Jeaniene Frost last night. I am half way thru this book and I absolutely love it! I wanted to finish it last night, but I had to get some sleep before going to work. I can't wait to get back home this afternoon and finish it! Things with Cat and Bones are very tense right now!

I finished reading two books. The Lost Boy, the sequel to a Child Called It. I must say it's amazing =] The second book is Wicked Game. It's about vampires and D.J's and con artists. It's really amazing. Amante dei Libri recomended it to me, saying it was halarious. I can now personally agree with her. I just started Impossible by Nacy Werlin. It's pretty good so far but I'm only 49 pages in. If anyone else has read it, please tell me what you think

Vampires. Very fun vampires. I read the first chapter from a link here about a month ago and I've really wanted to read it ever since. I'm so excited! ;D ;D Okay =] Tell me how it is when you're done. Halfway to the Grave (Night Huntress, Book 1) is really good. I read it months ago. Here is the description of the book: Half-vampire Catherine Crawfield is going after the undead with a vengeance, hoping that one of these deadbeats is her father—the one responsible for ruining her mother's life. Then she's captured by Bones, a vampire bounty hunter, and is forced into an unholy partnership. In exchange for finding her father, Cat agrees to train with the sexy night stalker until her battle reflexes are as sharp as his fangs. She's amazed she doesn't end up as his dinner—are there actually good vampires? Pretty soon Bones will have her convinced that being half-dead doesn't have to be all bad. But before she can enjoy her newfound status as kick-ass demon hunter, Cat and Bones are pursued by a group of killers. Now Cat will have to choose a side . . . and Bones is turning out to be as tempting as any man with a heartbeat. The book is written by Jeanine Frost who was interviewed a couple of months ago. Its on the website under the interview section! ;D
