Hi Stacey. Do you have any advice for someone who wants to write, but can't seem to put words to paper?

I plan to write the rest of the second novel during Nanowrimo this year, so I'll be writing like mad next month. I'm going to give myself December off (Christmas and such) then edit like crazy and have it released the first week of May 2010. Stacey, I know that you are super busy with promoting this book, just a quick question: do you have any idea when the next one comes out?

Definitely try doing Nanowrimo this year. You can find more info at nanowrimo.orgYou can write anything for Nanowrimo - fanfic, multiple short stories, part or a whole novel - but the concept behind it is that it forces you to write at least 1600 words a day, every day, NO EDITING. The editing is always the hard part for me. If you have a hard time coming up with ideas, keep an idea journal. I write down bits of dreams that are interesting, ideas that pop out of nowhere, and other types of inspiration. Then you can try combining them, sorting them out, and maybe find a rare gem of a story in there. Hi Stacey. Do you have any advice for someone who wants to write, but can't seem to put words to paper?

Do you have any plans on which character you will be focusing on in the next book?

Well, when I wrote the first chapter, I had planned on focusing it on Sarah and Christine again. I think though, that they may be more sideline characters this time. We shall see.

Are we gonna see the old couple that Sarah & Christine encountered at the beginning of the novel?
They were really interesting

They'll definitely appear in the second novel. In fact, they're going to make an appearance in the short story I'm working on right now. That story will be available online on the 18th, or at the Thunder Bay Public Library on the 17th, where I'll be doing a reading and book-signing. Hi Mrs Voss,
I can't believe that I get to ask you questions on this great book! Thank you for having this tour and thanks to Ivy for introducing me to Thunder And Blood. I am going to try and ask questions with our ruining the book for anyone who has not read it.
Do you see any baby's in the future for Christine or Sarah?
Will they ever get to travel back to their world before the fog?
Once a character is gone in any of your stories, is there a chance for them to come back in future stories?
;D

I really don't know if there's any babies in the future. I'm not even sure yet if they CAN have babies. They won't ever get to go back to their world as far as I know. Honestly, this was never really planned out, so while I know some things that my readers don't, there are a lot of other things that I'm waiting to find out just as much as you are. Finally, I don't think characters will be coming back in any stories set in a time after their death, but there are a lot of back stories to tell, so you never know who might turn up.
